Be Angry... It’s ok

It's ok to be angry.

It's ok to be sad.

It’s ok to feel lost and it's ok to feel like it's not worth it to keep going.

You're going to feel all of this.

It's a lie to say you have to be happy ALL the time.

It's ok to live in the shadows sometimes, nobody can take too much sunshine...

Just remember to not let those feelings and emotions control you.

They are your emotions and your feelings...

You are not their slave.

The dark is ok... Just remember to step into the light every once in a while.

You are loved.

You matter.
