Broken Wing

A screaming heart makes no sound... all that changes is the pace it keeps time/

If time is the best healer and time is all it takes, why does repair take much longer to identify?/

If all it takes is time, to get over you than why does it take so much effort to recall/

What it was like before I knew you? I'll tell you. Because it takes longer to get up than it does to fall./

A broken wing will heal again.

(Although believing that it will is difficult)

The fear of flying because of reinjury or pain is the hardest to mend.

Don’t give up hope.
