“Pearls of…”
It wouldn’t be fair for me to tell others to “Trust the Process”.
Because I know I‘ve failed to see the process work.
Our situation is unique...
the beginning and end are obvious...
the journey, however, is painful, tedious, confusing and at times, we believe, beyond our limits..
Think of how pearls are formed...
just an everyday, normal piece of sand, broken shell or rock finds it’s way into the oyster’s shell.
The grain of sand, the shell...
it’s a problem, and causes the Oyster irritation...
the oyster has a defense system to prevent the sand from tearing its soft tissue and covers the irritant, within its shell,
with layers and layers of smooth membrane that hardens into a smooth, edgeless pearl over time.
Remember: the aggravation and pain and discomfort are a necessary part of the journey to produce the pearl you can share to help others get through...
Get through tonight...
Think on that and you find a way to Make it to tomorrow.
Then we’ll do it again.
